System Architecture

The Neptronic IAQ App combines the flexibility of Edge hardware with the reliable technology of Neptronic controllers to monitor indoor air quality (IAQ) and HVAC systems.

Neptronic Application-Specific Controllers

These controllers are designed to manage and monitor equipment such as VAV systems, Fan Coils, and auxiliary systems like heaters and humidifiers, while also tracking IAQ parameters crucial for occupant health and safety. They provide broad compatibility with various installation options, including the AROB Series for dedicated IAQ monitoring, the EFCB and TUUB Series for both Fan Coil applications and IAQ monitoring, and the EVCB and TDU Series for VAV systems along with IAQ monitoring. This design ensures a robust control and monitoring solution that integrates seamlessly with other facility equipment, including humidifiers, heaters, and variable frequency drives, offering a comprehensive HVAC management system.

Neptronic Edge Device

At the core of this architecture, the Edge device supports up to 64 devices across two RS-485 networks, effectively lowering installation costs. It offers flexibility in configuration, whether managing a single loop across two floors with up to 32 controllers per floor or two loops on a single floor, each with up to 32 controllers. The system architecture diagram highlights this adaptability, showing how the IAQ App can efficiently accommodate various building layouts and requirements.
